We are proud to offer a personal and collaborative bespoke design service, using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology to bring your ideas to life. Here's how the journey works:
1. Consultation
Your bespoke journey begins with a one-to-one consultation in-store. We’ll explore your ideas, discuss your budget, and review any gemstones or materials you wish to incorporate – including treasured pieces you’d like to remodel.
2. Design & Visualisation
Our skilled designers will create a detailed 3D render of your piece using CAD software. This allows you to visualise your jewellery from every angle and make any changes before production begins.
3. Final Approval
Once you're completely happy with the design, we’ll confirm all specifications and begin crafting your piece. Every bespoke item is handmade in our specialist workshops, combining traditional techniques with modern precision.
4. The Finished Piece
You’ll receive a beautifully finished piece that reflects your personality, values, and style – something truly one-of-a-kind.
Sentimental Redesigns
We understand the emotional value of jewellery. If you're looking to remodel a family heirloom or incorporate elements of a sentimental piece into a new design, we’ll preserve what matters most while breathing new life into it.
